      Job Description

      We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development to manage the relationship with a portfolio of Chinese clients that operate in Brazil. This role focuses on building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities within the existing client base and prospecting new points of contact in potential clients in the portfolio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to open new opportunities, and a passion for delivering value to clients.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Manage and nurture relationships with clients in an assigned portfolio. (e.g.
      • Shopee, Didi, TikTok, Shein, Temu and Ant Group)
      • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
      • Analyzing business operations and strategies to Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the portfolio.
      • Identifying sales deals and align strategies with commercial teams in Brazil.
      • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or a related field.
      • Experience in Business Development, Account Management, Client Partnerships, or similar roles in technology, digital platforms, fintech, data analytics, or enterprise solutions.
      • Strong capability to manage strategic client relationships, conduct business reviews, and identify commercial opportunities within an existing portfolio.
      • Proven ability in opportunity scouting, including upselling, cross‑selling, solution mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are a plus depending on regional collaboration needs.
      • Experience working with cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring effective coordination and knowledge-sharing.
