- Build and own the full lifecycle of KPIs for the Member Financial Services department, including data sourcing, modeling, and reporting.
- Develop dashboards, automated reports, and data products that provide clear visibility into performance, member behavior, service efficiency, and portfolio trends.
- Ensure KPI relevance and alignment to organizational and department goals by continuously refining metrics as business needs evolve.
- Design visualizations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, enabling leadership and front-line teams to use data confidently in daily decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on member interactions, product utilization, operational patterns, and financial performance to monitor performance and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Perform exploratory and statistical analysis using large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights.
- Provide strategic recommendations that influence business planning, operational improvements, and member experience enhancements.
- Evaluate market and competitive trends related to member services, payments, and financial products to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor service-level performance, volume trends, sales activity, and quality metrics across key member-facing functions and channels.
- Build reporting and insights that support growth in member relationships, including tracking of cross-sell effectiveness, product adoption, and member engagement.
- Analyze patterns in product utilization, sales conversion, wallet share, and relationship deepening to identify opportunities to optimize member value and frontline performance.
- Develop dashboards that highlight sales pipeline metrics, referral activity, member onboarding success, and opportunities for improving product penetration.
- Partner with frontline leadership to establish KPIs and scorecards that measure sales productivity, consultative behaviors, and relationship growth initiatives.
- Support operational excellence through reporting on SLA performance, workload forecasting, staffing needs, and key service indicators across MFS teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Operations, Finance, Lending, Payments, IT, Digital Experience, and Marketing) to unify data sources supporting both service and sales-related insights.
- Serve as subject matter expert on MFS data related to member behavior, sales trends, product adoption, payments, and operational performance.
- Educate stakeholders on KPI methodology, analytics best practices, and data-driven decision-making.
- Represent Member Financial Services on strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives, providing analytics support and ensuring timely information delivery.
- Present findings and strategic insights to MFS leadership and executive stakeholders in clear, compelling formats.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting, workflows, and data preparation processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency through strong validation and documentation practices.
- Proactively improve processes, reporting frameworks, and data flows to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Support compliance with all federal regulations as they relate to reporting, data privacy, and BSA obligations.
- This position is Remote.
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience is Required.
- 5+ years of related data analytics experience is Required.
- 4+ years of experience specifically in business intelligence, financial services analytics, involving KPI development, dashboard creation, and performance reporting is Required.
- Financial Services experience is Required.
- Experience working directly with branches in a bank or credit union setting is highly desired but not required.
- Prior experience with Power BI is highly desired but not required.
- Demonstrated experience working with large, complex, and diverse datasets, including data cleansing, modeling, validation, and integration of multiple data sources is Required.
- Deep understanding of KPI design and performance measurement, particularity related to sales effectiveness, cross-sell performance, member engagement, operational efficiency, and service-level metrics is Required.
- Prior experience in data storytelling skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior leadership, frontline teams, and non-technical audiences is Required.
