What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct data analysis activities to ensure compliance with DMH and DMA contract requirements
- Develop and complete analytical reports, including data mining, data management, and interpretation of results
- Maintain schedules for external reporting and distribute reports to stakeholders as needed
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to avoid penalties
- Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI for dashboards and reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in relevant fields, or an Associate’s degree with four (4) years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with two (2) years of experience in related fields
- Valid driver’s license
- Residency within North Carolina
- Ability to travel within the catchment area as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Relevant certifications such as CSPA, Certified Machine Learning – Specialty (AWS), Predictive Analytics Certificate (SOA), and/or CAHIMS, ITIL v3
