What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external analytic needs
- Define success metrics and develop measurement frameworks collaboratively
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements for BI dashboards
- Build scalable and performant BI solutions addressing internal analytic needs
- Work through a Jira backlog of user requests, ensuring timely communication and delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in business intelligence or data analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Strong understanding of healthcare and life sciences industries
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple user requests simultaneously
- Excellent documentation skills in alignment with BI standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages
- Understanding of metric definitions and calculations in BI contexts
- Previous work experience in a healthcare-related technology company
