- Evaluate book-of-business claims experience to develop insights on profitability and competitive positioning across products and markets
- Develop healthcare pricing models, cost analyses, and scenario forecasts to support data-informed pricing decisions
- Create automated health reporting tools and processes to streamline pricing analysis
- Monitor healthcare market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to inform strategy
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of pricing-related data within BI systems
- Maintain datasets, pricing tables, and inputs used for analysis and forecasting
- Recommend and implement improvements to data systems, collection methods, and analytics workflows
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to support pricing proposals, revenue forecasts, and go-to-market strategies
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner
- Support internal stakeholders with data, models, and training on pricing tools or dashboards
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial group pricing within the health insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of health insurance pricing principles, underwriting, medical plan design structure, and commercial health insurance market dynamics
- Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
- Strong communication skills-verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or financial systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.).
- Experience with statistical analysis or pricing optimization models.
- Proficiency in AI-driven tools and solutions to improve processes, optimize performance, and support continuous innovation
- Remote role with regular collaboration via video, phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Ability to travel for team meetings, trainings, or company events
- Access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for confidential work

What Nonstop is Looking For:
Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Pricing Analyst responsible for developing data-driven pricing strategies that optimize revenue, strengthen competitive positioning, and support organizational growth. This role combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen to evaluate pricing performance, support forecasting, and deliver insights through dashboards, models, and reports. The analyst partners closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Executive leadership to inform pricing decisions and ensure alignment across the organization.
