- Perform basic analysis with guidance to support decision-making, assessing C&C data and financials, and evaluating the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform decision making.
- Coordinate project logistics and activities, working closely with multiple countries and departments to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Assist in developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess strategy effectiveness.
- Support the preparation of detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.
- Assist in developing, editing, and distributing key marketing collateral tailored to regional markets.
- Manage internal (and external when necessary) communications on behalf of the regional team to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Take detailed notes during meetings to document key points, decisions, and action items, ensuring effective follow-up.
- Proactively seek opportunities to develop skills and capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively across different countries and adapt to diverse business cultures.
- Strong project and time management skills, able to balance multiple tasks and maintain organized documentation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including data consolidation, analysis, and reporting.
- Clear communication skills and ability to engage resourcefully with internal teams and clients.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Corporate & Commercial team at Marsh Risk. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As part of the Regional Corporate & Commercial team, you will support regional strategic initiatives by performing data analysis, coordinating cross-border projects, and assisting in the development of marketing and communication materials.
