What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a team of call center agents, ensuring high-quality customer service and effective call handling
- Monitor and provide feedback on agent performance and service quality
- Train and develop team members, identifying their training needs
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Handle escalated patient scheduling and registration issues, providing guidance and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a business setting or related field
- Minimum of two years experience in a call center or service environment
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and follow up on requests
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Three years of healthcare experience
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
