      Job Description

      We're looking for a Campus Recruiter who genuinely enjoys the full scope of recruiting, from building relationships and finding great candidates to shaping a top-tier internship program. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who loves the core functions of recruiting but also wants the freedom to be creative. You'll get to blend your strategic sourcing skills with your creative side, using your proven ability with Canva to design materials that make our brand stand out on campus. This position is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.

      What You'll Do:
      • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all intern and early-career roles, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every candidate.
      • Plan and execute our summer interAt Vnship program, including onboarding, professional development workshops, and social events.
      • Use Canva to design and produce engaging recruitment materials, from social media content and digital flyers to presentations that capture the attention of top students.
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key universities, Diversity groups such as SWE, SHPE NSBE, and student organizations to create a reliable talent pipeline.
      • Represent Veolia at career fairs, information sessions, and networking events, both on-campus and virtually.
      • Manage job postings and coordinate a seamless interview process for candidates and our internal hiring teams.
      • Manage the internal campus ambassador program.
      • LinkedIn Campus Engagement - Maintain professional groups, post graduate and intern opportunities, enhancing employer brand.


      Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
      • 1-3 years of experience in campus or university recruiting.
      • A strong, proven ability to use Canva to create professional and effective branding materials.
      • Experience developing and executing employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with students, faculty, and internal teams.
      • Strong organizational and event-planning skills with a good eye for detail.
      • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
      • Willingness and ability to travel to university campuses (up to 50% during peak seasons).

      . Compensation - $70,000 - $75,000 USD
