      As a Car Dealer Specialist, you'll be the key link between Goodyear and car dealerships, driving strategic execution of Sell In and Sell Out initiatives. This role focuses on growing margin and share of account through tailored business plans, product execution, and training. You'll strengthen dealer relationships and champion Goodyear's premium value across the channel.
      Location: Florida, US.
      What You Will Do
      • Responsible for the development/execution of category business planning with the customer (including the selling of assortment, new product execution, pricing, in-store merchandising and promote plans in the achievement of scorecard targets). Work closely with vehicle manufacturer Field Managers to integrate their initiatives into their own business plan. Interact with local car dealer distributors (ADAMs) for product screen and Sell-In/Sell-Out activities.
      • Utilize the resources of the Business Insight Analyst/Category and Best Practices Team to develop an approach to business planning - Bringing additional value to each customer (for their business partnership).
      • Develop strategic solutions to assort key lines and drive profitable growth (with assigned customers). Key drivers are identifying opportunities, strategic pricing, promotion and supply.
      • Develop relationships with Customer teams. Work with internal teams (ex. Supply Chain, Finance, Categories, etc.) to meet customer service goals.


      What We're Looking For
      • Bachelor's Degree on related field.
      • 1 - 3 years of experience on similar roles.
      • Experience in Customer Development/Support/Sales.
      • Exposure to multiple channels/facets of the organization - Desired.
