What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review business requirement documents and develop functional designs and timeline estimates
- Use product specifications and engineering documents to populate catalog templates and rules
- Collaborate with various business representatives including Sales, Marketing, and IT
- Participate in quality assurance and regression testing of catalog changes
- Troubleshoot issues related to Catalog Configurations from Customer Service and customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving and project completion
- Previous experience with WTS Paradigm or equivalent window and door configuration software
- Understanding of basic IF THEN statement logic
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, IT, or Customer Service
- Exceptional attention to detail and customer-focused mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- General programming experience
- Familiarity with the building products and construction industry
- Strong mathematical skills, including knowledge of algebra, geometry, and trigonometry
- Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and technical teams
- Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement in products and systems
