      POSITION SUMMARY

      The Chargebacks Specialist ensures the accurate and timely processing of distributor chargebacks, supporting AirLife's pricing compliance and customer satisfaction. This role validates claims, reconciles discrepancies, and partners with Finance, Sales, and distributors to resolve issues.

      POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

      Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
      • Knowledge of chargeback processes, contracts, and distributor operations.
      • Proficiency in Excel
      • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

      Level of Experience:
      • 1-3 years in chargebacks, data processing, AR, or Sales Ops.

      Level of Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

      Travel:
      • Minimal.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
      • Process chargeback submissions from distributors and validate contract compliance.
      • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve disputes with internal and external partners.
      • Maintain documentation and reporting for chargeback activity.
      • Partner with Sales, Pricing, and Membership teams to ensure accurate pricing data.
      • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
