      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve health outcomes and value-based care metrics
      - Collaborate with the Executive Team to drive clinical and data strategy, partnering with product development
      - Oversee hiring, mentorship, training, and quality assurance for all clinical staff
      - Serve as the principal clinical representative to external partners, driving business development and future care models
      - Ensure compliance with clinical care policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - MD or DO; preferred specialties include Geriatrician, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine with 3-8 years of clinical experience
      - 3-8 years of progressive clinical and operational experience
      - 2-5 years in a senior leadership role within a value-based care or high-growth technology-enabled healthcare company
      - Unrestricted and active medical licensure with potential for licensure in all 50 states including D.C.
      - Current Board Certification in field of expertise

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in startup environments
      - Clinical practice experience with neurocognitive disorders or geriatric populations
      - Familiarity with delivery of virtual care
      - Additional degrees or experience (e.g., MBA, MPH, Informatics)
      - Active licenses in multiple states
