What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete all required training programs
- Conduct weekly home visits with active clients
- Collect and input assessment data into the web-based interface
- Adhere to the organization's Vision, Mission, and Values
- Perform any other duties assigned by the leadership team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field
- Knowledge of community-based services and supports
- Proficiency with computers, Word, Excel, and web-based applications
- Experience working with culturally diverse children and families
- Ability to work flexible hours and conduct home visits
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to speak a second language
- Experience in early childhood development and parent education
