- Greeting and chatting with customers, asking questions to find out their needs and assisting them by suggesting suitable product
- Unpacking stock, putting it out on the shop floor, tagging, making sure the store looks tidy and inviting
- Working in a fast-paced environment, where each day is different
- Contributing to a high performing and energetic team environment
- No previous retail experience is required
- A love of sport and a passion for PUMA
- Great communication skills – the ability and willingness to connect with customers in a friendly and confident manner
- Attention to detail – ability to work through stock and multitask effectively
- Availability throughout the holiday period – Christmas eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day availability is essential
