      Job summary:

      In this role you will have an excellent opportunity to work in a core business resiliency team as the industry cohesively continues to embed Operational Resiliency Frameworks.

      If you are extremely disciplined and organized, yet feel comfortable in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment and have an understanding of the Financial Services industry, the regulatory environment and impact on business strategy - this role will be an exciting opportunity for you. Your main responsibility will be to support the execution of the CIB resiliency strategic agenda, partnering closely with local and global stakeholders and developing a cohesive and effective partnership with business and operations. As a Resiliency manager you will provide guidance and support on the Operational Resiliency Framework, ensuring adherence to the relevant policy and standards for Essential services and all resiliency plans.

      Job responsibilities:

      • Support businesses and operational groups to adhere to Resiliency Policy and Standards.
      • Provide data and management information to committees and boards and attend select forums
      • Support quality assurance program, completing quality control reviews of the business resiliency plans.
      • Proactively manage resiliency risks to incorporate appropriate mitigations and controls.
      • Monitoring and tracking resiliency testing including simulation

      Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

      • Work experience in the Financial Services industry, with a good understanding of the products and markets in which CIB operates.
      • Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
      • Prior experience of facilitating formal Governance or working in a Risk & Controls / Business Management/ Operational Controls related role (desirable).
      • Experience of strong relationship management and stakeholder management.
      • Ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, to tight timelines.
      • Ability to balance and deliver upon multiple delivery requests whilst managing expectations.
      • Diligence and attention to detail.
      • Creates & promotes a culture of continuous process improvement
