      The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to CCB leaders - combination of MD and Ds based in our London office by, managing calendars and appointments, arranging conferences and conference calls, making travel arrangements and providing other administrative tasks.

      Duties are complex and highly confidential in nature requiring a great use of discretion. The role will include a large amount of client interaction and liaison at CEO / Chairman level as well as regular contact and communication with high level management both within Citi and externally.

      Responsibilities:

      • Proactive management and maintenance of calendars and meetings

      • Coordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls

      • Coordinate travel arrangements, understanding executive’s travel preferences and needs, and using initiative in managing itinerary times and costings, obtain necessary approvals. Arrangement of visas where required.

      • Collation and preparation of expense receipts and supporting documentation for Expense team processing

      • Assist and fill in for other support staff

      • Assist with any other ad hoc reports and special projects as required

      • Assist in organising team engagement and group morale events

      • Assist with Client events where required

      • Enter and manage client meetings via internal CRM application - Salesforce

      • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents

      • Assists in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed

      • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

      Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

      • Substantial experience as a Senior EA level preferably within a large and complex financial services or professional services organization

      • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

      • Demonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systems

      • Self-motivated and detail oriented

      • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, including use of Outlook as a business tool, Zoom, Salesforce

      • Strong IT skills; experience of internal Citigroup applications an advantage

      • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

      • Attention to detail

      • Ability to multi task effectively and efficiently

      • Ability to take unexpected eventualities in their stride, and to cope well under pressure

      • Excellent organisational skills, with strong background in managing multiple priorities
