      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and process workers’ compensation claims, confirming policy coverage
      - Determine the validity and compensability of claims
      - Establish reserves and authorize payments within designated limits
      - Communicate claim status with customers, claimants, and clients
      - Assist senior claims professionals with complex or problematic claims as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in claims management preferred
      - State Certification as an Experienced Examiner
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong computer proficiency, particularly with MS Office, including Excel

      - Experience in managing workers’ compensation claims
      - Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
      - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
      - Familiarity with claims practice and guidelines
