      We're looking for a Claims Submission & Insurance A/R Follow-Up Team Member to join our centralized dental insurance team. This role focuses on submitting insurance claims accurately, following up on outstanding claims, and helping ensure insurance payments are received in a timely manner. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working through insurance processes to resolution.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Submit dental insurance claims accurately and on time
      • Ensure claims are clean and complete within 24 hours of patient treatment
      • Attach required documentation such as X-rays, narratives, photos, and charts
      • Follow up on insurance claims over 21 days until payment or resolution
      • Review EOBs and assist with denied or underpaid claims
      • Submit corrected claims, appeals, or additional documentation as needed
      • Communicate with office teams to obtain missing information or documentation
      • Follow established workflows and support overall team goals

      Qualifications:
      • Experience with dental insurance claims and insurance A/R follow-up
      • Knowledge of dental insurance processes and payer requirements
      • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
      • Good written and verbal communication skills
      • Comfortable managing daily tasks and deadlines
      • Experience in a dental group or DSO environment is a plus

      What Success Looks Like:
      • Claims are submitted accurately and within required timelines
      • Insurance A/R is actively followed up and reduced
      • Denials are handled appropriately and prepared for rework
      • Clear, timely communication with offices and internal teams
