What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong relationships with assigned clients as their main point of contact
- Foster adoption of the employer's platform through ongoing engagement planning and strategy
- Ensure clients find value in the services, measured through NPS and Health Scores
- Conduct employee-facing presentations for clients, both virtually and in person
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations, Marketing, and Financial Guide teams to enhance client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, client success, or technical support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to forecast and exceed renewal and/or new business quotas
- Technical aptitude to learn software programs and train others
- Strong communication skills to interact with client representatives at all organizational levels
- Superior organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
- Background in personal finance, employee benefits, or fintech
