What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive the employer's culture through values and customer service standards
- Provide on-site clinical support and training for hemodialysis delivery systems
- Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer service issues
- Assist in the creation of training tools for customers and staff
- Attend conferences and seminars to stay updated on products and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BScN)
- Current Provincial Registered Nurse Certification of Competence
- Mandatory current hemodialysis experience
- Experience in patient and/or staff teaching
- Fluent in written and spoken French
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated ability to interact with all members of the renal team
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and applications
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively
