      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
      - Support the setup and clinical evaluation of hemodialysis delivery systems
      - Assist in the training and orientation of new employees and staff
      - Develop and maintain effective relationships through timely communication
      - Provide clinical expertise to assist unit staff in measuring patient outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BScN)
      - Current Provincial Registered Nurse Certification of Competence
      - Mandatory current hemodialysis experience
      - Proven experience in patient and/or staff teaching
      - Fluency in written and spoken French

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to interact with all members of the renal team
      - Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and applications
      - Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours
