      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain communication with vendor representatives and assist in system updates
      - Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, and technical issues
      - Troubleshoot problems and questions from end users to ensure smooth operations
      - Manage assignments and maintain up-to-date status in tracking systems
      - Assist with onboarding and training of Level I analysts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4 years of IT experience without a degree
      - Health care experience preferred but not required
      - Expected to achieve software certification within 6 months based on vendor recommendations
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience with Epic Healthy Plant Compass Rose
