      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-line supervision to a team of 4-8 research staff across various specialties
      - Oversee staff training, performance evaluations, and task prioritization for project assignments
      - Manage regulatory compliance and assist with protocol amendments and safety reporting
      - Maintain and organize study-specific regulatory documentation and logs
      - Collaborate with sponsors to resolve operational issues and ensure adherence to protocols

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field required; Master's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of research-related experience required; supervisory experience of 1-2 years preferred
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Demonstrated project management and multitasking abilities
      - Knowledge of current clinical research trends and federal guidelines (e.g., HIPAA, OHRP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience within a Cancer Center Protocol Office (CCPO)
      - Established rapport with investigators and sponsors
      - Proven ability to design and evaluate clinical research programs
      - Experience in quality assurance and quality control processes
