What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer during surgical procedures, ensuring access to all necessary equipment and products
- Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to products and therapies
- Manage inventory for case coverage and place orders with customer service for pending purchase orders
- Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business goals and document activities using provided tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
- Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of clinical or medical sales experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work efficiently and autonomously with little direction when outside of clinical events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products and patient care
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Experience with a medical device company or pharmaceutical company in a specialty area like neurology or orthopedic
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
