      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Represent the employer during surgeries and implants, providing necessary equipment and demonstrating expertise in implantation and troubleshooting techniques
      - Maintain up-to-date knowledge about assigned products and competitive offerings
      - Educate and train healthcare professionals and office staff on technical aspects of products and therapies
      - Assist in training new employees and support sales activities during or after procedures
      - Ensure compliance with quality policies and maintain effective communication with team members and clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED AND a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
      - Associate's Degree AND a minimum of 4 years of patient care/clinical experience; or
      - Bachelor's Degree AND a minimum of 2 years of patient care/clinical experience
      - Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
      - Experience in patient care within a clinical setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's Degree
      - Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
      - Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical company operations
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to coach others on product use
      - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
