      Lincoln City Kite Festival


      We are looking to fill 2 vacancies, to provide supervision to clinicians and case managers,
      who work in both the Adult and Child and Family programs, while carrying a smaller caseload of more complex cases.

      $84,942 - $114,155 Annually (depending on experience and qualifications)

      Lincoln County follows Oregon Pay Equity laws in determining appropriate compensation.

      Oregon Coast Aquarium in Newport, Oregon


      Clinical Supervision:

      • Meet with assigned supervisees as assigned.
      • Develop individualized learning objectives for supervisees to provide the structure and framework for learning how to apply knowledge, theory, and procedures to solve human problems.
      • Discuss topics that integrate counseling/case management principles, theories, and best practices.
      • Dispense feedback, give constructive criticism, and provide formative and summative evaluation to supervisees.
      • Complete and submit supervision logs, according to program standards.
      • Provide Program Manager with regular summaries of supervisee progress towards goals for performance evaluations.

      Individual and Group Counseling:

      • Provide professional, evidence based, therapeutic interventions (counseling plus care coordination) to an assigned caseload.
      • Apply “the Golden Thread” principles in documenting services provide
      • Complete services documentation, according to agency’s documentation policy.
      • Meet agency established productivity standards.

      Other program/division supportive activities:

      • Attend and participate in assigned program, division, community meetings, providing reports and information back to the program staff as indicated or assigned.
      • Complete program administrative tasks: documentation, training as approved by manager, review of supervisee documentation, and observation of supervisee work.

      Yaquina Bay Bridge


      Minimum Education Level

      Masters

      Specifics: In Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other approved Human Services Degree.


      Minimum Experience Level

      Four-Five years

      Specifics: In a community mental health setting, with demonstration of working in, or awareness of fidelity programs in community mental health.


      Certifications

      Specifics: Clinical Supervision Certification. QMHP certification through MHACBO required. Employee is required to maintain current and active certification and to provide the appropriate verification at the time of renewals.


      Driver’s License

      Oregon Driver's License required within 30 days of hire.


      Desirable Qualifications:

      Licensed as a Professional Counselor, Social Worker, Psychologist, or other approved licensure.


      Knowledge of:

      • Formats of supervision.
      • Evidence based interventions for defined populations and psychological presentations.
      • Ethical, legal, and risk management in mental health and community-based services.
