What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Negotiate site budgets for clinical trials, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to finalize budget agreements
- Manage and analyze budget-related documents and contracts
- Support site activation efforts during the clinical trial phase
- Ensure compliance with sponsor-side requirements throughout the budget negotiation process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of structural heart site budget negotiation experience
- Proven experience on the sponsor side of clinical trials
- Preferred availability in CST or EST time zones
- Strong understanding of clinical research and trial processes
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in contract management and site activation within clinical trials
- Familiarity with budget analysis and medical device studies
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
