Job Description
- Req#: JP-005921868
- Set up and operate various Manual and CNC Machinery.
- Read and interpret blueprints with GD&T.
- Program G&M code using Fanuc controllers.
- Operate CNC Mills, including large 4-axis mills and smaller Hyundai/Mazak/Mori machines.
- Handle Manual Machinery such as those with 24-60" Chucks and Manual 5-6" Boring Mills.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
- Manually deburr parts using hand grinders, files, and sandpaper.
- Maintain tight tolerances of at least +/-.001.
- Utilize gauges, micrometers, and other quality instruments.
- Complete 1 to 3 setups per day.
- 5 years of CNC machining experience.
- Ability to edit program using G&M code and adjust programs at the machine.
- Proficient in in-depth blueprint reading with GD&T.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $66560.00/yr.
3 different medical plans 2 different dental plans eligible for benefits first of the month following employment 9 holidays + 2 floating Can accrue 80 hours of PTO in year 1. 401k is 100% match up to 3% & 50% match for the next 2%.
