Job Description

Experience in installation and configuration of various Cognos products in a multi-server environment.o Experience in setting up the cognos security.o IBM Cognos Cloud Experience is preferred.o Work closely with all involved teams to deliver the upgrade of the environment to Cognos 11 within project deadlines.o Experience integrating Cognos with various web servers such as IIS, OHS or Apache.o Excellent UNIX/Linux and Windows scripting skills.o Experience working Windows servers.o Highly detailed, process oriented and client focused.o Work closely with other Cognos Administrators and other teams to provide day to day support of the environment.o Conduct reviews of the environment to identify areas of improvement.o Provide support to business teams (environment users) to address problems and opportunities within the environment.o Monitor/support batch processes and servers for performance issues Implement and maintain Cognos security.o Provide technical support to Cognos power users.o Experience working with Cognos in the cloud via Infrastructure As A Service (IaaS).• Manage daily backups of content stores.About the company
