What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage immigration-related employee data, ensuring records are accurate and current
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees navigating the immigration process
- Partner with HR, payroll, and talent acquisition to integrate immigration requirements into workflows
- Track all case milestones, deadlines, and proactively flag upcoming action items
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for visa petitions and maintain compliance with DOL regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage case workflows for various visa processes
- Experience with audit readiness and documentation retention
- Ability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tracking tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working proficiency across H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, and green card processes
- In-house experience at a company with 500+ employees or a significant foreign national population
- Experience in building or improving immigration program processes from the ground up
- Familiarity with project management documentation and organization
