      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Innovate mechanisms for feedback from congregational leaders
      - Amplify stories of justice within Unitarian Universalism
      - Organize and participate in events to amplify social witness action and build connections among UUs

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Desire to learn and grow in an anti-oppressive, multi-cultural, intergenerational faith
      - Ability to engage in online meetings and potentially travel up to three times per year
      - Phone and internet access for meeting attendance
      - Willingness to explore creative growth and cope with ambiguity
      - Ability to center historically marginalized voices in the social witness process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience in social justice movements or collective social witness
      - Familiarity with Unitarian Universalist principles and values
