What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop clear, engaging, on-brand copy to support marketing communications initiatives and promotional events
- Create weekly blog content that engages Guests by researching topics and interviewing subject matter experts
- Design and execute ongoing email campaigns that enhance Guest engagement and emotional connection to the brand
- Edit and proofread all internal and Guest-facing communications to ensure accuracy and adherence to style guidelines
- Report on performance metrics for blog articles and email campaigns, identifying improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in writing and adapting copy for multiple channels and audiences
- College degree in public relations, journalism, or a related field
- Familiarity with AP Style Guidelines
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SEO best practices in content development
- Understanding of visual design fundamentals, including proficiency in PowerPoint
- Knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing
