What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create public/internal facing documents for the Medicaid Integrity Institute (MII)
- Execute and monitor digital marketing campaigns using selected email marketing services
- Develop and manage metrics associated with marketing campaigns
- Proofread and edit content while ensuring Section 508 compliance
- Support the TTP Marketing and Communications Manager with ad-hoc requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in marketing or communications
- Technical writing experience and knowledge of Section 508 compliance
- Expertise using email marketing and automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
- Experience with audio/video requests and marketing research projects
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and meet deadlines
