What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Introduce prospective host employers to the host sales team to expand placement opportunities
- Strategize and develop new host relationships within the community
- Serve as a community liaison for the employer
- Coordinate quarterly community events with host employers and the Seasonal Exchanges team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive network of host employers in the community
- Strong local network and experience in community engagement
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with seasonal work programs or international exchange initiatives
- Passion for the employer's mission and global exchange
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or community outreach related to international programs
- Knowledge of cultural exchange initiatives and their impact on communities
- Previous experience coordinating events or community activities
