What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree + 9 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree + 7 years of relevant experience, or PhD + 4 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of HUD grantees’ obligation to affirmatively further fair housing
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Experience designing or leading community engaged processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of HUD programs such as CDBG, HOME, and Housing Choice Voucher programs
- Experience with telework technologies and work styles
