- Understanding of Information Governance and Confidentiality
- NNEB/HND/BTEC,GNVQ level 3 or equivalent level of education Or other highly relevant experience

- Ability to travel to various sites as needed. Reasonable adjustments will be made.

Born in Bradford (www.borninbradford.nhs.uk) are looking for organised, motivated and enthusiastic community research assistants to join our team BiB Age of Wonder (AoW).
Primarily based in the AoW team the successful candidates will work across other Born in Bradford (BiB) research studies collecting data in schools, clinics and community settings.
This is an exciting, once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of this unique research programme which really makes a difference to the health and lives of children young people and families. Our findings from all studies will be used to influence policy makers, health professionals and educationalists and help them improve service provision.
Main duties of the job
All the data we collect contributes to the understanding and improvement of the health and wellbeing of people in Bradford.
Training will be provided to carry out measures in schools/ clinics and community settings and all the recruitment measures needed to support the other BIB studies.
The post holder(s) will play a key role in the recruitment and data collection of on-going and new studies within the Born in Bradford Programme. You will be organised and able to work under your own initiative to meet tight deadlines as well as having an approachable, friendly and polite manner.
