      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer the compensation plan by completing annual salary surveys and scoring new job descriptions to assess appropriate salary ranges
      - Provide compensation education and communication to employees and managers regarding policies and practices
      - Assist with administering provider compensation and making necessary adjustments for payroll accuracy
      - Partner with HR team members for annual total rewards statements and ad-hoc reporting requests
      - Conduct periodic audits of compensation information in HRIS to ensure accuracy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, finance, or human resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Three (3) years of human resources experience in a professional office environment
      - One (1) year of compensation analyst/administration experience
      - Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced proficiency in Excel
      - Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a busy environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CCP Certification from World at Work
      - Three (3) years of compensation administration experience
