      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead interdisciplinary teams in managing various FAA infrastructure projects
      - Develop and execute project work plans, including risk management and budgeting
      - Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry standards during project execution
      - Maintain project control documentation and report on progress to management
      - Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering-related field
      - Minimum of 10 years of related engineering management experience on large-scale programs
      - Proven ability to manage subcontractors and engage with clients effectively
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills
      - Familiarity with AutoCAD and other engineering software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project Management Certification
      - Experience working with the FAA or other Federal government agencies
      - Residency within the Northwest Mountain Region (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO)
