What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Successfully lead and manage projects from inception to conclusion
- Apply critical and strategic thinking to identify core issues quickly
- Communicate complex strategies clearly to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Manage Systems Assessments and serve as a subject matter expert for systems/analytics projects
- Develop business processes and standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator and/or developer
- Technical proficiency in data generation, entry, management, and interpretation
- Understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance protocols
- Demonstrated familiarity with data analysis and experience working with large data sets
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with relational databases, CRM, and ERP systems in a nonprofit setting
- Background in healthcare, higher education, or federated nonprofit organizations
- Strong storytelling and public speaking skills
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and workflow modeling (e.g., Visio)
- Knowledge of query/programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
