  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage and maintain the internal content library, ensuring assets are organized and easily accessible
  - Publish content on the organization’s website using a headless CMS platform
  - Document content governance frameworks, policies, and editorial guidelines
  - Conduct regular audits of content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
  - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content usage and performance
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience with enterprise-level content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
  - Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects simultaneously
  - Strong understanding of content governance principles, including categorization and version control
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
  - Attention to detail to ensure consistency in content organization and alignment with marketing objectives
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with Sitecore, Airtable, Wrike, Microsoft 365, and Marketo Engage
  - Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global or multi-regional context
  - Knowledge of top- and mid-funnel content strategies for lead generation and engagement
  - Proven ability to identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements
