      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the centralized intake of all new vendor contract requests, ensuring necessary business approvals are secured before legal review
      - Conduct initial review and redlining of routine vendor contracts, NDAs, and renewal agreements
      - Oversee the final execution process of contracts, ensuring accurate archival in the document management system
      - Assist with administrative aspects of minority investor processes and corporate governance documentation
      - Manage the intake and processing of all legal department invoices and track expenses against the department budget

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or coursework in business/legal studies is highly preferred
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a contract management, paralegal, or legal administrative role
      - Expert proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and document management systems
      - High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail

      - Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment or healthcare organization
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
