What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives by executing perfect store principles
- Manage a designated store territory and provide feedback for route adjustments
- Track KPIs at store and account levels and analyze sales data for growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Previous experience in grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
