Job Description
- Req#: 26029804
- Gestion administrative (Rooming list, mails de passation, envoi et suivi facturation);
- Maitrise du système Opéra Hôtelier ;
- Visite et repérage client ;
- Gestion opérationnelle (Coordination de tous les départements au sein de l’hôtel afin de mener à bien les événements clients sur site, transmission des informations complètes Room & Catering via la BEO meeting, Présence terrain et relationnel client pour veiller au bon déroulement du séjour et satisfaction client);
- Participation à la création de nouvelles brochures / packages pour le développement du service event;
- Actions commerciales pour les événements sociaux (Baptêmes, mariages, dîner ou déjeuner de gala…); prospection clients et fidélisation portefeuille client ;
- Développement lien agences événementielles pour augmenter le portefeuille client;
- Lien étroit avec le service commercial pour la transmission des contrats et responsabilité sur la partie organisationnelle;
- Gestion des feedbacks clients & Guest Relation.
