What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the contract lifecycle management (CLM) workflow, including management of the contract repository
- Assist with contract drafting, processing, and execution of agreements
- Maintain accurate records and track contractual terms
- Assist attorneys in all phases of M&A transactions and prepare relevant documents
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Paralegal Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal corporation
- At least 2 years of experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM)
- Excellent business judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal billing tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) certification
- Prior legal billing experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Flexibility to work on a broad variety of matters
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization
