      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise the Crisis Management team, ensuring efficient distribution of crisis requests and workload balance
      - Conduct performance audits on crisis interactions and documentation, providing feedback and managing performance issues
      - Handle client escalations and complex cases for swift resolution and positive outcomes
      - Onboard, train, and support new Crisis Managers to ensure their success
      - Collaborate with other department leads to maintain continuity of care across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred
      - Master’s degree in a mental health field required
      - 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within crisis management or behavioral health settings
      - Strong knowledge of crisis management protocols, including de-escalation techniques and risk assessments
      - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with cloud-based communication software such as Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, and Salesforce
      - Experience managing performance using data-driven strategies
