- Provide day-to-day supervision of the Crisis Management team, ensuring efficient distribution of crisis requests and workload balance.
- Conduct performance audits on crisis interactions and documentation, offering feedback and managing performance issues as necessary.
Handle client escalations and complex cases, ensuring swift resolution and positive client outcomes. - Onboard, train, and support new Crisis Managers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Collaborate with the Care Delivery Manager to oversee scheduling, after-hours support, and weekend coverage for the Crisis Manager team. - Work cross-functionally with other department leads and supervisors to ensure effective collaboration and maintain continuity of care across the organization.
- Active clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) preferred.
- Master’s degree in a mental health field required.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within crisis management or behavioral health settings.
- Strong knowledge of crisis management protocols and best practices, including crisis de-escalation techniques and risk assessments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide effective feedback and coaching.
- Ability to manage performance using data-driven strategies and resolve conflicts in a supportive, solution-focused manner.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the team, clients, and programming.
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
- Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox, Salesforce–in addition to EMR and survey software on a daily basis.
- Please note that members of this team who live within 45 minutes of a Charlie Health office are expected to adhere to a hybrid work schedule.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Crisis Supervisor to join our growing Crisis Management team at Charlie Health. This role will oversee a team of Crisis Managers and ensure the efficient, high-quality delivery of crisis intervention services to our clients. The Crisis Supervisor will serve as a frontline leader, providing guidance, support, and training to the Crisis Management team, while ensuring that performance standards are met. This role will also collaborate closely with the Crisis Care Delivery Manager and other department leads to maintain an effective crisis response structure.

The total target compensation for this role will be between $75,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.
