What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments
- Assist during surgical procedures utilizing company pain management devices
- Train surgical and OR staff in the use of company technologies
- Provide guidance and support to physicians during live surgical procedures
- Follow up with surgeons and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
- B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired
- Experience working in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels
- Ability to travel 40-60% and pass account and hospital credentialing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a clinical or industry setting related to operating rooms
- Familiarity with pain management devices and technologies
