      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in the planning, production, and publication of podcasts and other media offerings
      - Pitch guests and episode ideas based on relevant topics in the crypto space
      - Coordinate recording schedules and conduct A/V checks with guests
      - Conduct research and provide hosts with questions and background information
      - Maintain clear analytics records and assist in publishing episodes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Deep knowledge of the crypto industry with a genuine curiosity about emerging trends
      - Minimum 2 years of experience in podcast or video production
      - Familiarity with tools like Riverside, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and YouTube Studio
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Possession of a personal network of contacts within the industry
      - AI fluency or experience with agentic workflows
