What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and optimize AI-assisted development workflows, integrating tools like Cursor into the team's codebase and automated testing pipelines
- Create and maintain libraries, templates, and macros for standardizing engineering tasks
- Audit and validate AI-generated code for quality, coherence, and security compliance
- Train and mentor developers on effectively leveraging AI tools in their workflows
- Monitor key performance metrics related to code quality and efficiency in development processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong background in full-stack software development, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Go
- Proven mastery of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Codex
- Solid experience in prompt engineering and designing AI-assisted workflows
- Excellent debugging and root cause analysis skills
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and security best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience integrating with CI/CD systems and testing frameworks
- Strong testing, refactoring, and code review abilities to enforce quality in AI-generated code
- Ability to document and evangelize AI-driven development methodologies
