What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support customers, brokers, and internal business partners with system support and delivery of claims and exposure data
- Develop and analyze complex data, key performance indicators, forecasts, or scorecards to assess business impacts
- Generate business insights through data analysis to implement solutions that meet customer needs
- Lead training sessions and provide capabilities demonstrations for internal and external users
- Perform system configuration and integration testing to ensure original requirements are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in Business Analysis, or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 7 or more years of experience
- Experience in mainframe and PC environments
- Familiarity with insurance operations and regulatory environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Business Systems Integration and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

- Ability to effectively manage changing priorities
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills
