What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead structured onboarding engagements for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to active platform adoption
- Deliver foundational training on SPINS datasets, tools, and methodologies to build client competency
- Execute standardized onboarding playbooks to ensure consistency and scalability in client engagement
- Identify knowledge gaps and guide clients toward skill development and confidence in platform usage
- Monitor onboarding milestones and escalate risks or opportunities to Data Enablement Managers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2–5+ years of experience in data solutions, consumer analytics, or client-facing training roles
- Strong knowledge of CPG datasets, consumer/behavioral data, or eCommerce performance metrics
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs in both small-group and large-scale formats
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, practical insights for non-technical audiences
- Prior experience using Customer Success Platforms (e.g., PlanHat, Gainsight, ChurnZero)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the Health & Wellness industry or related fields
- Familiarity with analytics and insights specific to the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector
- Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering virtual training sessions
- Background in using data to inform client success strategies
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
